Relevant work/research experience may also be considered instead of academic qualifications. These are voluntary positions.

They can carry out research activities under the auspices and guidance of the Foundation. The candidates must at least hold postgraduate qualifications in the areas of International Relations, Political Science, Area Studies, International Law, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Environmental Studies, Defence Studies or Economics. These are voluntary positions. A Certificate of Research Experience and a Letter of Recommendation would be provided to the interns on the successful completion of their tenure.
